Data Controller

The publisher of this site is the data controller, a private individual and not a professional, whose identity is known to the host named in the legal notice (Article 6-III-2 of the law on confidence in the digital economy).

Data Collected

This site is made up of static pages. There's no form, no account to create, and no advertising tracker. Traffic is counted only in aggregate, without cookies (see "Site Traffic" below). The publisher collects no data that could identify a visitor when you simply browse the site.

Site Traffic

To track traffic (page views, visits, most-read pages, referring sites), the publisher uses its own analytics counter, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers service and D1 database). When a page is opened, a short script sends the site itself, which passes them on to this counter, just two pieces of information: the address of the page viewed (without its parameters) and the name of the site you came from, if any. Nothing is sent when the page is reloaded or reopened with the "back" button.

The counter sets no cookies, doesn't use your browser's storage, and assigns no identifier: it can't recognize a visitor from one page or visit to the next. It records neither your IP address nor your browser's characteristics. It keeps only aggregate counts: a number of views per site, per day, per page, and per referring site. Known bots are never counted among visitors: their visits are kept separate, under the name of their family only. These counts are kept for 25 months at most, then deleted.

The same script also counts clicks to the shop linked from this site. When you follow one of those links, it sends the site, which passes them on to the same counter, the path of the page carrying the link, the type of link (text, panel, or button), and the name of the site you arrived from on that page, if any, and nothing more. The counter keeps only a number of clicks per day, per page, and per format, and a number of clicks per day by origin (search engine, assistant, social network, direct access), with no cookie and no identifier, for 25 months at most.

These figures are used solely to measure this site's audience, on the publisher's behalf alone. They aren't cross-referenced with other processing, used for advertising, or sold; they can't be used to track your browsing on other sites. Framed this way, audience measurement doesn't require your consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL's recommendations on audience measurement); it rests on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit the site.

You can object at any time without affecting how the site reads, by turning off JavaScript or by blocking, in your content blocker, this site's address /h90bs4xki/tliavv, which receives the script's signal.

Technical Data at the Host

Cloudflare, Inc., the host, may keep connection logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and to keep the service running properly. That processing is its own: it follows its own privacy policy, which the publisher doesn't control.

The law on confidence in the digital economy (Article 6-II) requires certain connection data to be kept for a limited period, to investigate and establish offenses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, including for audience measurement. If an advertising tool or another tracker were ever added, this section would be updated and a consent mechanism installed before any tracker that isn't strictly necessary is set.

When You Leave This Site

Links sometimes lead to online stores. They carry no tracking identifier, and the product images shown here are served by this site itself. Elsewhere, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

Your Rights

The law gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port the data about you. Because this site collects no data that identifies you, it holds, in principle, nothing about you. To make a request, contact the host named in the legal notice, which will forward it to the publisher.

If your rights aren't respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL: <https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes>.

Outside the European Union

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., whose infrastructure may process data outside the European Union. These transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

The audience-measurement counts are stored in a database located in the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc.'s brief processing of each signal may take place outside the Union, on the server closest to the visitor; Cloudflare adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in addition to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
